MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

1. Process daily transactions: receive new application/policy change requests/premium, ect….
2. Deliver policy set & get back signed ACK letter
3. Temporary receipts management including issue, take back, audit, ect…..
4. Printing materials management: order, deliver to agents as request, ensure enough storage
5. Follow up and push to collect renewal premium efficiently
6. Provides excellent “front-line” service over the telephone and face to face.
7. Monitors outstanding/ unresolved/ referred cases/requests; coordinates with the back-end support unit as needed and updates case log until resolved based on agreed turnaround time.
8. Cash deposit in bank & prepare daily cash report
9. Support AD in admin tasks: prepare for GS/BOS/contest/recruitment activities
10. Support Admin in office management
11. Support Claim for investigation tasks
12. Other tasks assigned by manager
